eStar Project Team
In Partnership with:
We believe that for an implementation to be successful it must be through a partnership between eStar and the client and the client's consultant or broker. In order for that to happen, we do need the clients to work with us to achieve the common goal.
Experience has shown that in addition to the participation of an executive/management sponsor in the project kickoff meeting, status update meetings as requested, and resolution of any issues escalated to the executive level, a 1/3 FTE HR/benefits resource and/or FTE HRIS/IT/technical resource over a 90-day implementation window is typically required.
The Project Manager assigned to the client will schedule a kick off call, as well as weekly status calls, for updates on key milestones and to discuss and resolve any issues which might impact timelines.
The Project Manager will provide an implementation project plan outlining the key milestones including timing on receiving and updating new benefit plans, benefit classes, and any changes required to existing payroll or carrier interfaces.
The Account Manager will work with an assigned analyst to update a Requirements Document and Benefit Class Matrix, as well as build and test any new plans and/or classes. And, note that the benefit classes allows for the ability to handle separate company/division, and plan designs for an acquisition so that they may have a unique enrollment experience.
